Communications TT&C + ISL Payload
CesiumAstro’s S-Band Communications Subsystem is a turnkey solution supporting low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellites for either inter-satellite link(ISL) or telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) applications. The subsystem consists of the SDR-1001 Software-Defined Radio, SBC-1461 Single-Board Computer, two ANT-2SF1 S-Band Antennas, and all necessary harnessing, requiring only a DC power connection and digital control from the spacecraft.
Combine with CesiumAstro's PCU-2812 Power Conditioning Unit [LINK: https://www.cesiumastro.com/products/pcu-2812] to create a complete system.
Supports S-band TT&C and inter-satellite crosslink in a single antenna.
Always-on receive path allows for continued monitoring of command signals while using the transmit patch for ISL functions.
Wide 3 dB beamwidth enables 360° coverage of the spacecraft with strategically placed antennas.
Integrated power amplifier for transmit and low-noise amplifier behind the antenna element enhance performance.
Suitable for LEO and cislunar missions supporting standard frequencies and challenging environments.
Uses SDR-1001 to support multiple software-enabled functions controlled through serial interfaces.
Design descriptions are important. They can help a client visualize your design and make a decision about whether to hire you. Here are tips for writing great design descriptions: 1. Use active and emotive language when describing the design.
